Yes, provided you can document it clearly. Assessors such as VETASSESS (Australia) and ECA providers like WES (Canada) look at your degree plus verifiable employment history. Keep detailed records of project budgets, team sizes, methodologies and outcomes, as vague or unverifiable references are the most common reason assessments are delayed or refused.

Can I migrate as a project manager without a degree?
It is harder but not impossible. Points-based systems in Australia and Canada reward formal qualifications, so no degree lowers your score. However, employer-sponsored routes (such as Australia's subclass 482 or a UAE work permit) can focus on experience and certification instead. A PMP combined with a strong delivery record can offset the absence of a degree in some sponsored roles.
