Frequently asked questions
Who will I speak with?
You'll have a 1-on-1 session with a migration specialist experienced in skilled migration programs across Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, New Zealand, and 15+ other countries. We match you with a consultant who knows your target region.
What if I'm not eligible for any country?
We'll be honest with you. If your profile doesn't currently meet requirements, we'll explain exactly what's missing — whether it's language scores, work experience, or qualifications — and what steps you can take to become eligible.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you'll receive a full refund. If for any reason we can't provide the consultation, you'll also be refunded in full.
Do you handle full visa applications, or just consultations?
This $99 session is a consultation — designed to give you clarity on your best pathway and a concrete plan. If you'd like ongoing support with your actual visa application, we can discuss that during the call.
What countries do you cover?
We cover 20+ destinations including Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, the UAE, Ireland, the USA, and more. Our strongest expertise is in countries with points-based skilled migration systems.
How is this different from a free online assessment?
Free online tools give you a generic score with no context. Our consultation is a real conversation where we review your full background, compare multiple visa pathways side by side, identify risks, and build a personalised plan you can actually act on.
Can I book for my spouse or family?
Absolutely. We'll assess your family's situation together during the session. If your spouse has qualifications that could strengthen the application — or if dependents affect eligibility — we'll factor that into the roadmap.
What do I need to prepare before the call?
After booking, you'll receive an intake form. Have your passport details, education certificates, work history, and any language test results (IELTS, PTE, etc.) handy. The more complete your form, the more specific our guidance.
