The deal, in plain English

These terms apply when you book a plan check on nextmigrate.com. “We” means NextMigrate. “You” means the person who books. By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

The plan check is a planning consultation. It includes:

• a 60-minute video call
• eligibility scoring for up to 3 countries
• a written roadmap within 48 hours of the call
• 7 days of email follow-up

The price is $499 in total. You pay a $99 deposit by card through Stripe to book. The $400 balance is settled after your session.

• It is not legal advice or legal representation.
• We do not fill in, file or submit any visa application for you.
• We are not a recruiter. We do not find you a job.
• If your case needs a lawyer or registered migration agent, we tell you so.

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your session: full refund of your deposit.
• If we cannot hold your session: full refund.
• To cancel, email hi@nextmigrate.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Governments decide visas, not us. We cannot promise a visa, a job, a points score, an invitation or a processing time. Our roadmap is our best honest view, based on the information you give us and the rules at the time.

Give us accurate, complete information. Our advice depends on it. Always check the current rules on the official government website before you apply or pay any fee.

Our guides, calculators and emails are general information, not advice for your case. Rules and fees change often. Use them as a starting point, not a final answer.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for the plan check. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The terms in force on the day you booked apply to that booking.
